Thank you for the great improvement in the whitening of my teeth.  I also appreciate the flexibility during the scheduling of my appointments and follow up procedures.   

Your staff explained that whitening procedure was a full two week process, but I was schedule to leave the country in less than 2 weeks and I really wanted the procedure done.  You were able to adjust your schedule and fit me in.  Your staff also put a rush order for the products (i.e. teeth molds), and the items arrived on time.

I am very happy with the outcome of the procedure and would recommend this procedure to anyone.  The steps and information you provided are very helpful in ensuring that my teeth maintain the current shade. It is my plan to do a follow up visit to ensure the shading continues.
